Today I wanna share with u about my GLAD as Glampreneur...remember what is GLAD, I already mentione in my previous entry but again I want to shout it loudly, its Green Leader Activity Day..hehe
So my 2nd GLAD is a Session with Prof Dr Lim..he is now a SKII Global Consultant my dear..SKII my dear!!..this session was held on 11th May at Setia City Convention Centre..its very convenience place n smpai skrg masih teringat ayam goreng yang dorang jamu hari tu..hehe
Like my entry on Jovian Mandagie, I also want to introduce to you all who is Prof Dr Lawrence Lim...yelah,dok mention nama dia,msti nk kenal who he is..isn't?..so guys..its popcorn time..hehe

so cmne?hv you read about his profile?amazing rite...hehe..he has a lot of experience..an easy going guy..a very relax session.They are many things that he shared with us.The most important thing is he open our mind about Health Is Wealth..story about Rolex n Eye..its a simple analogy but its means evrything..I'm very happy when he said that, we dont need to cut down our food intake,go exercise regularly to slim down, everything that we need to do is, eat everything that you want but at the end of the day,you know how to flush to it away..n the key for SLIM DOWN is BALANCE YOuR HORMONes...actually bnyk lg yg dia share,x dpt nk cite pnjg2 kt sini..but I will shared some interesting part with you..hehe
1. Some people said, you have to breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 12pm..bla...bla..Prof Dr Lim said its 'Bullshit' (err..ni mmg Prof yang ckp taw..hehe)
Prof Dr Lim told us that eating by follow your BIOLOGICAL CLOCK..thats means x kira la u woke up at 12 noon pun, n u mkn,thats dikira your breakfast..and eat after 4-5 hours after your 1st meal..haha..so for those you suka bgun lmbt tu, there is no 'BRANCH' ye dear...
2. What is good water?
Good water is water that contains minerals...ha..do not drink REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER ye dearies because its contain no minerals!!..why is minerals so important? it is because is act as a conductivity to help water penetrate to your body..;)..
3. What is quality sleep?
Quality sleep is you slept bout 4 hours. That is enough for you..so yang kata I need to sleep minimum 8 hours to, thats for Babies ye dear
